Important Dates & Policies

  • Final Paper Submission Deadline: October 16, 2025
  • Acceptance Notification: October 18, 2025

Policy for Presenters: If your paper is accepted, you must complete your registration payment within 3 days of receiving your acceptance email to secure the early bird rate. For example, if you receive your notification on October 18, your payment must be received by October 21, 2025. If you miss this deadline, you will be required to pay the standard registration price.

  • General attendees and students: Registration is free.
